What problems do you solve naturally? What do you see that others don't see? What connections do you make that others don't make?
What do you do when no one is watching? When you're not performing, what do you naturally gravitate toward?
Write down your strengths. Be specific. "I'm good at seeing patterns" or "I can hyperfocus on complex problems" or "I'm highly empathetic."
Component 3: Integration
The final component is integration. This is where you combine your regulated nervous system with your neurodivergent strengths to create something powerful.
Integration looks like:
Using hyperfocus intentionally: When you're regulated, you can direct your hyperfocus toward productive tasks instead of being hijacked by distraction.

Recovery: Rest for 15-30 minutes after, don't jump into another intense task
Step 4: Practice Integration
Start small. Practice accessing one strength in a low-stakes situation. Notice what works and what doesn't.
Adjust your protocols based on what you learn. Integration takes practice.
Step 5: Scale Up
Once you've successfully integrated one strength, add another. Build your system gradually.
Over time, you'll have a unified system that allows you to access your neurodivergent strengths consistently.

3. Check your recovery. Are you recovering adequately after using your strengths? Or are you pushing through exhaustion?
4. Be patient. Integration takes time. You're learning a new system. It won't be perfect right away.
